Ministry Brands recently released findings from a survey regarding the ongoing impacts of COVID-19. Over 1,400 church leaders from across the country responded to the survey.

Key findings include:

  • Nearly 60% of respondents indicated that a reduction in giving income is one of the top challenges facing their church.
  • The majority of responding churches are holding a combination of online services and in-person, socially distanced gatherings.
  • Over 93% of respondents indicated that online worship and live-streamed services are important options for engaging with members.
  • Social media has become a widely accepted and utilized method for engaging members.

The report, Coping with COVID-19: Insights from Church Leaders, is now available here.
